Camp Overflow & Impact Week 2012

Team Meetings:
Participation will be required at all team meetings unless special circumstances prohibit you from attending, in which case, verbal or written heads up should be given. The meeting dates are as follows:

What are the elements of the trip?
Camp Overflow – Thursday through Saturday, teens will experience a camp like no other! We will join up with 2 other churches for a youth camp filled with music, teaching, games, prizes, team building, tents, food, campfires, and much more!
Impact Week – Beginning on Sunday, IMPACT WEEK will be all about teens serving the city and beyond through daytime outreach ministries, Wild 'n Wacky Kids week, serving the homeless through Augusta Rescue Mission, helping with church construction projects, and more. All of this will be followed by evening Impact services designed to help reach the people of Augusta and set them on fire for the Lord through Revival!
What interesting things should I know about the ministry at Good News Church and its partners?
Good News Church started in Augusta, GA 16 years ago, and is doing very powerful outreach and evangelism to the city where they "give life" through prayer and expecting God to do the miraculous in people's lives. They also "empower people to give life" through their School For Life program, and weekly services. In the past couple of years of doing IMPACT, they have seen thousands of people come to faith in Christ.
How will I be able to raise the funds?
CCC will help with fundraising opportunities, but you should expect to write support letters asking family and friends for prayer and financial support. We will also help you get jobs serving people in our church to help raise funds. If you are really serious about going, God will help you get the funds you need!
